Product introduction

Flame retardant polyethylene sheath material (YHS70019) is made of high-purity polyethylene as the base material, adding halogen-free high-efficiency flame retardants, antioxidants, lubricants and other auxiliary agents, and mixing and plasticizing granulation. This product not only has excellent flame retardant properties, but also has good extrusion processability. It has been proved by environmental stress and thermal stress cracking test that the material has excellent resistance to cracking. It is suitable for flame retardant 35KV and 35KV and above Insulation material for power cables. The irradiation cross-linked polyethylene cable material (YHS70020) is based on the raw materials to add cross-linking agents, sensitizers and other auxiliary agents to achieve the purpose of radiation cross-linking, which can greatly improve the heat resistance of the material.

Extrusion process

When the storage environment is wet or the production surface is required to be high, the particles can be dried in a hot air hopper at 70 ℃ for 1-2 hours.

It is recommended to use a low compression ratio screw extrusion with a compression ratio of 1.2-2.0:1.Before extrusion, the screw should be cleaned to ensure the cleanliness of the product. It is recommended to use 80 mesh or 100 mesh filter screen to avoid impurities in the extrusion process, and to ensure the melt pressure to obtain a good appearance and material density.As the difference between the actual temperature of the melt and the indicated value of the temperature control table varies with the type of extruder, the user is requested to select the appropriate temperature according to the specific situation of the extruder used.The following temperatures can be used as reference for start-up and commissioning:

A rodent-resistant application comparison test was conducted for rodent-proof, ant-resistant, low-smoke, halogen-free and flame-retardant polyolefin sheath material (YHS70012HFSY). During the test, the rats did not find any poisoning and death, and moved freely and their diet was normal. After the sample was placed for 24 hours, the plastic coating of the control sample was bitten open and the copper wire was exposed; after 72 hours, the plastic coating was completely bitten and the copper wire was completely exposed; and no rat was found in the plastic with the anti-rodent agent added Traces of biting.

For rodent-proof, ant-resistant, low-smoke, halogen-free and flame-retardant polyolefin sheath material (YHS70012HFSY), the ant-proof application test is carried out in accordance with the standard JB / T 10696.9-2011, using the group method or the knockdown method. The colony termite erosion rate is above Grade 2 according to the standard in Table 3. The knockdown termite erosion rate is in accordance with the Kt50min value of the sheath material in Appendix B of the standard.
