Product introduction

Fire-resistant and refractory ceramicized polyolefin material is a granular material obtained by processing polyolefin resin as a base material, adding special modifiers, flame retardants, stabilizers and other auxiliary agents through special processes.

This product not only has excellent insulation performance, but also has excellent flame retardancy and fire resistance, and excellent thermal insulation performance. Mainly suitable for high, medium and low voltage fire-resistant wires and cables, flexible fire-resistant cables, fire-resistant power and control cables, mining cables,marine cables, oil-field and offshore platform fire-resistant cables, fire-proof instrument cables, fire-proof signal and data cables, Shaft cables, fire-resistant fiber optic cables, automotive wires, home improvement wires

Extrusion process

When the storage environment is wet or the production surface is required to be high, the particles can be dried in a hot air hopper at 70 ℃ for 1-2 hours.

It is recommended to use a low compression ratio screw with L / D≥20 and compression ratio of 1: 1.2 ~ 1.5. The screw should be cleaned before extrusion to ensure the cleanliness of the product. It is recommended to use 80 mesh or 100 mesh filter to avoid impurities in the extrusion process, while ensuring the melt pressure to obtain a good appearance and material compactness. Because the difference between the actual temperature of the melt and the value indicated by the temperature control meter varies with the type of extruder, users are requested to choose the appropriate temperature according to the specific situation of the extruder used. The following temperatures can be used as a reference for commissioning:
