Product introduction

Environmentally friendly TPE thermoplastic elastomer injection molding compound is based on SBS or SEBS, added with high-efficiency environmentally friendly flame retardants, antioxidants and other processing aids, and is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating. The product not only has excellent resilience, flexibility,electrical properties, flame retardant properties and processing performance, but also can be designed according to customer needs to different special properties such as hardness, weather resistance, matte matte, etc. The product has a delicate appearance, a comfortable feel, a smooth surface, and can be recycled. It does not contain halogens, heavy metals, phthalates, and meets EU RoHS, REACH and other environmental protection directives.

Extrusion process

When the storage environment is wet or the production surface is required to be high, the particles can be dried in a hot air hopper at 70 ℃ for 1-2 hours.

It can be processed by general injection molding machine. Because the difference between the actual temperature and the indicated value of the temperature control meter varies with the type of injection molding machine, users should choose the appropriate temperature according to the specific situation of the extruder . The following temperatures can be used as a reference for commissioning:
