Product introduction

The thermoplastic elastomer extruded material series products are based on SEBS elastomers, added high-quality and efficient halogen-free flame retardants, antioxidants, and other processing aids, and are made by mixing, plasticizing, and pelletizing. Products not only have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant properties and processing performance, but also have high rebound, scratch resistance and smooth surface characteristics. And according to customer needs to increase the special properties such as different hardness, weather resistance, UV resistance, matte matte surface, this product extruded product has a delicate appearance, smooth surface, comfortable feel, recyclable, and does not contain Halogen, heavy metal, phthalate, comply with EU RoHS, REACH and other environmental protection directives.

Extrusion process

When the storage time is long or the environment is relatively humid, or the product surface requirements are high, the pellets can be dried in a hot air hopper at 50-60 ° C for 1 to 2 hours before use.

It is recommended to use screw extrusion with L / D≥25 and compression ratio of 1.5 ~ 2.5: 1. The screw should be cleaned before extrusion to ensure the cleanliness of the product. It is recommended to use 80 mesh or 100 mesh filter to avoid impurities in the extrusion process, while ensuring the melt pressure to obtain a good appearance and material compactness. Because the difference between the actual temperature of the melt and the value indicated by the temperature control meter varies with the type of extruder, users are requested to choose the appropriate temperature according to the specific situation of the extruder used. The following temperatures can be used as a reference for commissioning:
