Environmentally friendly polyester elastomer cable material series products are based on the block copolymer TPEE containing polyester hard segment and polyether soft segment as the base material, adding high-efficiency flame retardants, antioxidants, crosslinking sensitizers and other Processing aids are made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating. The product not only has the advantages of high heat resistance, high strength, solvent resistance, etc., but also can increase the special properties such as different hardness, weather resistance, UV resistance, matte matte, etc. according to customer needs. , The surface is smooth and comfortable, and it does not contain heavy metals and phthalates. It complies with EU RoHS, REACH and other environmental protection directives.
When the storage time is long or the environment is humid, or the product surface requirements are high, the pellets can be dried in a hot air hopper at 60-70 ℃ for 1 to 2 hours before use.
It is recommended to use screw extrusion with L / D≥25 and compression ratio of 1.5 ~ 2.0: 1. The screw should be cleaned before extrusion to ensure the cleanliness of the product. It is recommended to use 80 mesh or 100 mesh filter to avoid impurities in the extrusion process, while ensuring the melt pressure to obtain a good appearance and material compactness. Because the difference between the actual temperature of the melt and the value indicated by the temperature control meter varies with the type of extruder, users are requested to choose the appropriate temperature according to the specific situation of the extruder used. The following temperatures can be used as a reference for commissioning:
