Our medical PVC compounds are mainly used for various medical injection and extrusion applications. Our experienced technicians carefully selected raw materials for safety, developped special formulation and procedure for each compound, and they concerntrated on manufacturing process. Our stable product can withstand gamma irradiation sterilization, ethylene oxide sterilization and steam heat sterilization. We ensure a minimum change in compound color while achieving stability and biocompatibility. Our compounds include the phthalates (DOP) series and the non phthalates series. Compounds hardness ranges from Shore 45A to Shore 80D, all classes are able to meet GB15593, ISO10993; the NON-phthalates series also are able to meet the REACH.
